Your GMC HUMMER EV 3X Experience
Electric supertruck presence, open-air Infinity Roof adventure, and three-motor performance in a premium five-passenger SUV.

Welcome
A Different Kind of Premium EV
This 2024 HUMMER EV 3X combines an estimated 830 horsepower, Performance Torque Vectoring e4WD, four-wheel steering and Adaptive Air Ride Suspension with a quiet, spacious cabin.
Its unusual features are part of the fun, but the best guest experience begins with the basics: settle in, learn the cameras and controls, plan charging, and use specialized modes only in a safe, appropriate setting.

Four Things Every HUMMER EV Guest Should Know
It Is Very Large
Use the cameras, take wide turns, and choose parking spaces with extra room.
Plan Charging
Check the route and charging stops before a longer drive; cold, speed and elevation affect range.
Assist, Not Autonomy
Super Cruise requires attention and only operates when its conditions are met.
Special Modes Need Space
CrabWalk, Extract Mode and Watts to Freedom are specialized features, not everyday driving modes.
Start, Select Drive, and Settle In
With the key in the vehicle, press the brake and use the electronic selector to choose Drive or Reverse. Confirm the selection in the driver display before moving. Electric torque arrives immediately, so use a smooth accelerator input until the vehicle feels familiar.
Before leaving, adjust the seat and mirrors, locate the camera view, and note the vehicle's width. The available four-wheel steering helps maneuverability, but it does not make the HUMMER small.
Electric Charging Basics
Open the charge door, connect the station cable firmly, and confirm charging on the vehicle display or charger. The HUMMER EV supports DC fast charging capability up to 300 kW when vehicle and charger conditions allow.
For road trips, use the navigation system to plan charging. Charging power varies with battery temperature, state of charge and the station; the fastest portion is generally before the battery becomes nearly full.
Infinity Roof & Sky Panel Storage
The four removable Sky Panels create the HUMMER's signature open-air experience. Panels are large finished components: remove or reinstall them only when parked, follow the labeled order and latches, and use two people whenever a panel feels awkward.
This vehicle's front eTrunk includes the Sky Panel Storage Set. It keeps removed panels organized and protected, but reduces available luggage room. The system may be removed before a trip when maximum front storage is preferred—coordinate that configuration with the owner rather than forcing luggage around stored panels.

CrabWalk & Four-Wheel Steering
CrabWalk is a low-speed four-wheel-steering mode that turns the rear wheels in the same direction as the fronts, allowing the vehicle to move diagonally for maneuvering off-road or in tight parking situations.
Center the wheel, then hold the 4-Wheel Steer button at the 9 o'clock side of the Driver Mode Control dial for about six seconds until the on-screen animation completes. An orange crab symbol confirms engagement. Press the button again to disengage. GMC specifies activation only at very low speed (up to 1.2 mph); it will disengage after sustained speeds above 25 mph.
Use only with clear space and full awareness of the vehicle's corners. It is a maneuvering tool, not a stunt mode.

Ride Height, Watts to Freedom & Super Cruise
Adaptive Air Ride Suspension may raise or lower the vehicle based on drive mode and conditions. Extract Mode provides additional height for specific low-speed obstacles; it is not intended for normal road travel.
Watts to Freedom is the HUMMER's launch-control sequence. Its acceleration is extreme and requires the correct conditions, significant clear space and full driver control. Rental guests should not activate it unless the owner has expressly approved and explained its use.
Super Cruise can provide hands-free driving on compatible roads when the system indicates it is available. Keep your eyes on the road, remain ready to take over immediately and follow every prompt; it is a driver-assistance feature, not autonomous driving.

Flexible Cargo for Five
The front eTrunk provides approximately 11.3 cu. ft. before accounting for the Sky Panel Storage Set. The rear offers up to approximately 35.9 cu. ft. behind the seats and 81.8 cu. ft. with the rear seats folded.
The retractable cargo cover helps conceal smaller items, while the expandable cubby system can separate gear. Roof crossbars are installed, but do not attach roof equipment or assume a permitted load without owner approval.
